The certification and registration includes Phoenix’s purchasing and sales of telecommunications equipment and technical services offered to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Service Providers. Phoenix’s CEO, Elisa Cabral, stated “Our initiative to obtain IS09001 certification began in late 2008 with a team commitment to improve our processes and procedures in support our domestic and international customers. We are very proud of our achievements and look forward to continuing to improve on our strong quality base.” Phoenix has announced that they have been supporting their customer base and suppliers utilizing their ISO9001 quality system since the end of January, 2010.
