Phoenix Telecom Solutions, a global provider of telecom infrastructure and services, has accepted an offer to sell its state in the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) & Asia Pacific (AP) business unit known as Phoenix Telecoms Solutions BV ,to Timeline Global Management B.V. (TGM).
The EMEA & AP operation will be rebranded under TGM to Timeline Global Telecoms and will continue its focus on delivering customised services to end operators and Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEMs) in the EMEA & AP market, specialising in WEEE activities.
