Phoenix Network Solutions, LLC Acquires the Operating Assets of Trade Wings, Inc.

Phoenix Network Solutions, an organization created with the acquisition of Phoenix Telecom Solutions late in 2012 and led by a group of industry executives and investors, has acquired the operating assets of Trade Wings, Inc.

Phoenix Telecom Solutions, a California headquartered provider of legacy telecommunications products and services, serves the market with a combination of wireline and wireless network equipment and the related de-installation, repair, refurbishment, logistics and redeployment services.

Trade Wings, a New Hampshire based company, provides supply chain management software and asset recovery solutions that assists telecom companies in maximizing their legacy asset value.

This acquisition will compliment Phoenix’s solid foundation of technical services experience which includes the testing, refurbishment, and reconfiguration of legacy telecom assets. The proprietary telecom supply chain management software solutions developed by Trade Wings known as Re: will assist Phoenix’s clients to maximize the asset value of their legacy telecom equipment.

The Trade Wings operating team will remain intact in the New Hampshire facility and will continue to support existing Trade Wing’s customers during a brief transition period.  The new company headquarters will remain in Irvine, California. Michael Johnson of Trade Wings will be joining the Phoenix leadership team as General Manager and will be overseeing the Trade Wings acquisition and transition.    Todd Adelman the former CEO of Trade Wings will be stepping aside to pursue new interests outside the industry in conjunction with the acquisition.
